Here is another wonderful old photo.  This is a classic view of the old town of Pedro Miguel in May of 1922.  See how the Ferry system was set up.   I always wondered what those old wooden pilings were next to the small light house.   There are a few of them there even today near the Locks wall.  Note the majestic Pedro Miguel Club House in the background of the the town.  If you look real good to the right and beyond the swollen Pedro Miguel River, you can make out the town of Red Tank.
